Top Floor Open for Shoppers

The top floor of the Guineas multi-storey car park will be open from Saturday, 4 December for short stay parking until 29 January 2012, in recognition of demand for shopper’s parking spaces in the lead up to Christmas.
Forest Heath District Council and the Newmarket Retailers Association both recognise that there is a higher demand for parking at this time of year and had always envisaged the prospect of needing to be flexible in respect of spaces that, at other times, would be put to use as long-stay provision for retail staff.
