Come to our Golden Age Fairs to exchange your old slippers for new ones, get helpful advice and information and increase your health and well being.
Forest Heath District Council is working in partnership with the Coffee Caravan to deliver Golden Age Fair's across the District. As part of the event Forest Heath District Council have purchased new slippers to give out in exchange for old ones as part of Falls prevention intervention and awareness. Sloppy slippers can be the cause of trips, slips and falls leading to fractures, broken bones and even hip replacements.
Come to our Golden Age Fairs to exchange your old slippers for new ones, get helpful advice and information and increase your health and well being from noon - 4pm at the following venues;
26 October 2011 - The Harvest Centre, Brandon
6 December 2011 - Red Lodge Community Church
