Local Development Framework Consultation

The LDF Consultation Database is Forest Heath's list of all those to be consulted on LDF matters. This includes those residents and stakeholders who have already either expressed an interest in being involved in the development of planning policy or have been identified by the Council as being potentially important contributors to that process.

Core Strategy and Site Specific consultation document (September 2006).

The Proposed Submission Core Strategy Document has been prepared according to the Town and Country Planning (Local development) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008.  The Proposed Submission Core Strategy is supported by an extensive evidence base, all of which can be downloaded from the website or viewed at the Council Offices.

The district council's Core Strategy 'Proposed Submission document' is now available to download from this site. The public consultation period was from the 31 March - 5th June 2009.

It should be noted that the consultation period had been extended to 5pm on the 5 June 2009.  To allow consideration of amendments made to the indicative employment land allocations in policy CS1 and policy CS6 on 22 April 2009. All the related documents are available to download.

Currently there are no formal rounds of consultation.
