Core Strategy Proposed Submission

The Core Strategy Proposed Submission document has been prepared according to the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008.  It is supported by an extensive evidence base, all of which can be downloaded from this website or viewed at our District Offices.

Our Core Strategy Proposed Submission document is now available to download from this site. The public consultation period was 31 March - 5 June 2009.  It should be noted that the consultation period was extended to 5pm on the 5 June 2009 to allow consideration of amendments made to the indicative employment land allocations in policies CS1 and CS6 on 22 April 2009.
