Ownership Certificates

These Ownership Certificates are included within the application form and must be appropriately completed and signed. Guidance on completing ownership certificates is available to download

Notice 1 - This Notice is to be served on individuals if certificate B or C is completed.

Notice 2 - This Notice is for publication in the local newspaper if certificate C or D is completed.

Notice 3 - This Notice is to be served for householder applications if certificate B or C is completed.
