Our Customer Information team is made up of experienced staff dedicated to dealing with customers in person at any of our offices situated in Mildenhall, Newmarket and Brandon.
They are trained in many aspects of our services and deal with queries and give informed advice on a number of matters.
All our staff are expected to follow our Customer Charter, along with corporate Customer Care Procedures and Standards. We also have an A-Z guide to our services and standards, which includes detail about the level of service you can expect from individual teams.
