Licences and street trading

The Council is responsible for licensing a wide variety of premises and activities, with a view to securing public health, safety, welfare and protection. Licences or Permits are required for a wide variety of activities and many are dealt with by the Food, Licensing and Safety Team, although some are covered by other areas.
