Empty Homes

Empty dwellings are a wasted resource and may give rise to problems in the area such as anti-social behaviour or pest problems. We will identify empty residential properties and explore options to bring them back into use such as giving advice or enforcement action. Further initiatives can be found in our Empty Homes Strategy.
