Street Trading Conditions Consultation
Forest Heath District Council is asking for your views to support the review of its Street Trading Conditions.
Issues being consulted upon include:
Whether the council should continue to regulate street trading
Permitted locations and hours
Whether to continue to designate prohibited streets
Introducing street licensing
Improvements to town centres
General comments
The fees for a licence are not subject to consultation.
The consultation will closed on 22nd January 2012.
