Demolitions

If you are intending to demolish a building or part of which is over 50 cubic meters capacity then you will need to advise this local authority of your intention by completing a Demolition Notice.

You will then be sent a advice on the precautions you will need to take. If you require further advice on this matter please contact the Building Control Team.
