Our plans, performance and achievements

Our quarterly performance reports summarise what we have achieved.  However, these are specific actions or measures and do not necessarily reflect the full range of services we provide or the achievements we have made. 

We share our good news stories and key service updates with residents, businesses and visitors in a number of ways:

• News releases - we provide regular updates on key news and events through news releases.  These are used by local media such as local radio or newspapers.  Details are also on our website under Latest News.
• Forest Heath News - we produce a bi-annual council magazine, Forest Heath News, which includes articles on what we have achieved as well as key information on service provision, upcoming events and contact information.
• Council Plan - every summer we produce a Council Plan which outlines our work against the promises we made in the previous year and what we plan to do in the coming year.
