car parking in the Long Stay car parks within Newmarket
only:-
Season Permits holders can use their Season Permits on the Park
and Shuttle Free of Charge by presenting their Season Permit to the
bus driver.

Permits are unique to one car registration number
and are not transferable.
Discounted Season Permits are available - £250.00 per year or £130
for 6 months.

We regret that we only have a limited number of Season Permits
available and we may have to place you name on a waiting list (you
will be notified if this occurs).
SEASON PERMIT CONDITIONS OF USE
1. This Permit DOES NOT guarantee a space and is subject to
availability.
2. Permits are unique to one registration
number and are not transferable. If a Permit is surrendered refunds
will not be made for un-expired periods.
3. If in the event you change your vehicle during the period of the
permit a new application form will be required (stating your
current Permit No. in the box provided), please inform us
immediately, failure to comply will result in
an
Excess Charge Notice. If you are using another vehicle
temporarily the required fee must be paid in the car
park

4. The Season Permit is to be used in the Long Stay car parks
only :-
- All Saints Road car park
- Grosvenor Yard car park
- St Mary's / Church Lane / Turner Hall car park
5.Season Permits must be displayed on the inside of the
windscreen, failure to comply will result in a Excess Charge
Notice.
6.Drivers must comply with the current Parking Orders. Rules for
the use of the parking spaces are displayed in the car parks.
Vehicles not parked wholly within a marked parking bay will be
issued with a Excess Charge Notice.
7.Permits are NOT valid in the following car
park:-
- The Rookery Shoppers Car Park
- Market Place
- Rous Road
8. The Season Permit can be used on the Park and Shuttle bus at
Willie Snaith Road, Newmarket.
9. Only a limited number of Season Permits are available and we may
have to place your name on a waiting list (you will be notifed
if this occurs).
10. A fully signed and completed Season Permit Application Form
will be required each time you renew.
11. RENEWALS - When renewing please apply a week before the
date your Season Permit will runt out to allow us time to process
and post.
THE COUNCIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE
TO ANY VEHICLE OR ANYTHING CONTAINED IN
OR ATTACHED TO ANY
VEHICLE.
