The main focus of the Forward
Planning work is the
Local Development Framework (LDF). The
production of the LDF will take several years and there will be
various opportunities for the public and stakeholders to get
involved through consultations. The LDF will replace the
existing
Forest Heath Local Plan (1995).
The Forward Planning Section is also responsible for the
following:
- Census and monitoring information
- Conservation Areas
- Design guidance
- Listed buildings
