Adoption
The Core Strategy Development Plan Document (DPD) was adopted by
the Council on 12th May 2010, and now forms part of its Local
Development Framework (LDF) for the Forest Heath District.
Setting out a vision, objectives, spatial strategy and

The Core Strategy and supporting adoption documents are set out
below:
Any person aggrieved by the Core Strategy Development Plan
Document may make an application to the High Court under Section
113 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 on the grounds
that (a) the document is not within the appropriate power, or (b) a
procedural requirement has not been complied with. An application
under Section 113 must be made no later than the end of the six
week period starting from 12 May 2010.
The Core Strategy will be the starting point in the determination
