Forest Heath Local Plan

The Local Plan contains land use policies and proposals for the District of Forest Heath.  The December (1995) Adopted version of the Forest Heath Local Plan expired on 27th September 2007.  However the Secretary of State has allowed some Policies from the 1995 Local Plan to be 'saved' and used as a basis for the Council's planning decisions until the emerging Local Development Framework (LDF) is adopted.
