THREE candidates are standing in the Forest Heath District Council election for the vacant seat in Manor Ward (Barton Mills, Freckenham and Worlington).

The candidates are:

David Andrew Chandler, Shrub House Close, Beck Row (UK Independence Party)

Brian Peter Harvey, 12 The Paddocks, Worlington (Conservative)

Timothy James Huggan, 53 High Street, Tuddenham (Liberal Democrats)

The poll is on 22 November with Polling Stations in each of the three villages open from 7am to 10pm. The count will be at Barton Mills Village Hall after the polls close.

The seat became vacant following the resignation of Sue Syvret.
