A by-election has been called for Thursday 22 November following the resignation of Sue Syvret from Forest Heath District Council.

 Electors in Barton Mills, Freckenham and Worlington are eligible to vote if their names are on the electoral roll. Registration forms are being sent out to ensure as many people as possible have the right to vote.

People can register, and apply for a postal vote, up until Wednesday 7 November.

Each village will have one Polling Station which will be open from 7am to 10pm on polling day. The count will take place at Barton Mills Village Hall immediately after the poll has closed.
