Our aim is to keep residents and visitors to Forest Heath
informed. If you have any questions or comments we'd be

Our Service Standards include an assurance that our residents'
magazine, Forest Heath News, will contain stories that are accurant
and relevant; that we will ensure accurate and current information
on our website Home Page and that we will answer media inquiries
within four working hours or within the relevant media
deadline.
We were awarded the title Best Small Team of the Year in the
Chartered Institute of Public Relations Pride Awards in East Anglia
in 2006.
