Cultural Services team develops leisure and sports opportunities
for the whole community. The team also oversees grounds
maintenance and horticulture, ensuring that the district is
well-kept and attractive to residents and visitors.

Our key partner, Anglia Community Leisure, manages our leisure
centres and swimming pools in Brandon, Mildenhall and

Cultural Strategy 2010 - 2015
Our draft Cultural Strategy is now ready for initial
consultation. The new Strategy sets out the strategic and
operational elements of each of the services areas of work. It
takes account of the Council’s Corporate Priorities and those of
its partners and most importantly it takes account of the
service users needs. The new Strategy also ensures that
available resources are prioritised towards areas of highest
need and
impact.
