Forest Heath District Council has various responsibilities with regards to water supply and management within the district. The Council’s main duties involve:

• Drainage - Enforcing the clearance of blocked drains
• Flooding - Assisting emergency services, the Environment Agency and residents during flooding events
• Water Conservation - Advising residents and businesses on methods of water conservation
