Dog owners are responsible for clearing their dog's mess. The
Council spends time and resources on clearing dog mess and this
costs everyone money. The best way
to pick up dog mess is by using doggy or carrier bags and placing
them in litter or dog bins, or by taking it home and placing it in
your black bin. Pooper scoopers are also available from most pet
stores.
