Our plans, performance and achievements
How we are performing
We report details of how we are performing to the Performance and Audit Committee on a quarterly basis.
We include details of performance against Performance Indicators and actions, specific objectives we plan to deliver during the year to fulfil the commitments in our Corporate Plan and Council Plans.
We use a traffic light system to indicate performance levels against both actions and Performance Indicators.
- Green - performance is on track/the action has been achieved
- Amber - performance is within tolerance/the action is on track
- Red - performance is below expected tolerance/the action is significantly off track.
