Elections in Forest
Heath
The formal election process to find 27 councillors for Forest Heath
has started.
Parties and individuals had to submit nominations by 4 April.
Follow the links at the bottom of this page to view the names of
people standing for election.
The deadlines for applying for a postal vote, proxy vote, or adding
your name to the register of electors to enable you to vote in
the 3 May elections, have passed. There is now a
provision to issue emergency proxy votes up to 5pm on election day,
but we advise you to call the Elections Office for more information
on this. We can also replace lost postal votes up to 5pm on
the day of the election.
Polling stations will be open from 7am to 10pm across the
district. Postal vote envelopes can be handed in at your
usual polling station.
The counting of votes will take place on Friday 4 May at The Dome
Leisure Centre in Mildenhall.
