Our Customer Services team is made up of experienced staff
dedicated to dealing with customers in person at any one of our
three offices situated in Mildenhall, Newmarket and Brandon.
They are trained in many aspects of Council services and deal
with queries relating to Council Tax and Benefits. They give
informed advice on many other Council services, except
Planning, which has its own reception area situated at the District
Offices in Mildenhall.
