Chairman of the Council, Councillor Rona Burt, has chosen to raise
funds for the East Anglian Service of the National Autistic Society
and the West Suffolk Voluntary Association for the Blind. She
will be raising money throughout the year for specific pieces of

Staff at Forest Heath District Council raised £40 from a half-hour
lunch break quiz.
Money has been pledged from Lark in the Park on 12 July, Jubilee
Fields, Mildenhall.
One of the first pieces of equipment we would like to buy is a
talking microwave costing £200 for the West Suffolk Voluntary
Association for the
Blind.
