Forest Heath Disability Forum


The Forest Heath Disability Forum  has been established to help disabled people, their carers and organisations representing them to improve consultation and engagement between them and the district council. The forum has now met three times. The minutes of these meetings and the terms of reference for the group can be downloaded below.

Services for Disabled People


When we talked to people about our Disability Equality Scheme there was a call for more information to be made available. People wanted to know what we are doing to ensure equality among disabled people.

We have included information about our services for people with a disability in a leaflet which also contains information of services and facilities provided by other service providers. Copies of the leaflet are available at the three council offices in Mildenhall, Newmarket and Brandon. An pdf version can also be downloaded below.
