The Suffolk Strategic Partnership (SSP) brings
together key stakeholders and agencies in the county to co-ordinate
their work on behalf of the people of Suffolk more effectively. All
partners play an active part in developing working relationships
for the benefit of the community and ensuring a focus on improving
the quality of life and governance in a particular locality.
The primary aim of the SSP is to set the long-term vision for
Suffolk, focusing on strategic issues that need to be delivered or
co-ordinated at county level. The SSP's emphasis is on the
implementation and delivery of its vision, aims and priorities and
at all times will be inclusive, community driven and informed by
local strategies. This vision is encapsulated into the
Suffolk Community Strategy (Altogether a
Better
Suffolk).
