A car parking space is £350 + VAT per year, subject to
availability. The year runs from 1 October
to 30 September.
A fob or card deposit is also required which is refundable when the
fob/card is returned. The fob is £30 and relates to the All Saints
Road card park; all the remaining sites use cards and the deposit
is £20.

Conditions of Use
1. The Licence is personal to the person
they are issued too. It is illegal and fraudulent to allow anyone
to use your parking space / fob / card. If you are found to be
misusing your space your licence will be cancelled.
2. If you wish to surrender your car
parking space you must return your card / fob.
3. The licence is specific to one vehicle
registration number. If you change your car at any time your
must inform FHDC of the new registration immediately.
4. Only one space can be allocated per
property.
5. You must be a resident in order to
apply for a parking space.
6. When allocated a space you will be
required to:
- pay the licence fee in full, including deposit
- complete and sign two licences
- supply a copy of your car log book
- display the hang tag on your mirror when parked in the
space.
7. If you lose your card or fob you will
be required to pay another £20 or £30.
8. A hang tag must be displayed when
parked; failure to display could lead to your licence being
cancelled.
9. Your name will be added to a waiting
list if no spaces are available.
