Forest Heath District Council have
established a new bus initiative in conjunction with Stagecoach
which will service the whole of Newmarket together with the Park
& Shuttle site.
The service which we have subsidised allows anyone to purchase a £1
TownRider ticket offering unlimited travel within Newmarket for a
day.
The service is ideal if you live in Newmarket for example..
If
you live at Valley Way hop on a bus and go to the hospital for an
appointment, hop back onto a bus and pop into The Rookery for some
retail therapy, hop back on a bus and go to Tesco's before
returning home, all this travel at only £1.
Stagecoach buses No.s 10, 11 and 12 serve Newmarket, with No.10
giving the most direct route from the Park & Shuttle to the
town centre.
Parking at the Park & Shuttle is FREE.
If you have a Suffolk Saver card bus rides are FREE including the
park and shuttle. Why not park at Willie Snaith Road Park &
Shuttle site and use the bus, thus saving you the effort of parking
