giving information and contacts on the most common business

Manufacturing Transformation Programme
The Institute of Manufacturing has recently launched a programme
to help SME manufacturing companies in the Eastern Region. It
is designed to make a real, sustainable and positive difference to
the companies that participate by evaluating the business across
all areas and targeting weaker areas for improvement.
The programme is facilitated by an experienced IFM manufacturing
practitioner who works with the company mangement to:
- Develop an appropriate action plan
- If appropriate, assist the company to adjust their
practices
- Develop new capabilities
